Can I get a refund if I return my order?

At Superkicks, we do not have a standard refund policy. Refunds are only issued in the case of fulfillment errors, such as items being incorrectly shipped, damaged, or missing. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at care@superkicks.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a refund or replacement.


If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a refund or replacement.


Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been used or damaged by the customer. We also do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
