The product I received is damaged, what should I do?

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly request that you take a few clear images of the damaged product before reaching out to us. 

This will allow us to assess the damage and determine the best course of action. 

1. Once you have taken the images, please send them to our customer support team at care@superkicks.in 

2. Our team will review the images promptly and provide you with further instructions. 

3. If the product is indeed damaged, we will arrange for a return pick up and provide you with all the necessary details via email. 

4. Once we receive the damaged product, we will issue a refund for your order using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
